Job Description
**Job Title: Field Service Technician Lead** **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead a team of Field Service Technicians across Ireland, focusing on the safe and efficient installation and maintenance of automated machinery * Coordinate personnel, scheduling service requirements, managing parts logistics, and performing field tasks such as installation and maintenance * Ensure the consistent operation of our machines and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction * Develop and manage an efficient roster to meet customer KPIs while aligning with business operational efficiencies * Facilitate the growth and development of the team, both collectively and individually * Advocate for continuous improvement in processes, products, and people * Ensure the team meets customer commitments and adheres to safe practices **Requirements:** * Leadership experience in a similar field-service management role * Hands-on experience in providing complex service or maintenance work in the field * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and maintain relationships with customers * Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, and electronic equipment * Must have a full, clean driving license and be willing to drive for extended periods * Demonstrated awareness of safety procedures and practices * Relevant qualifications or certification in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering desirable * Fluency in English * Must be located in the Dublin area and entitled to work and live in Ireland **Benefits:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Private healthcare plan * Holidays starting from 21 days per annum, with an additional day added per year up to 25 days, plus bank holidays * Employee Assistance Program * Contributory pension scheme * Opportunity to lead a dedicated team with the potential for growth and development within a dynamic environment
