Our client with over 60 years of experience in fit-outs is currently hiring for an experienced Fit-outs Site Manager, ideally with a trade background, for a 4-story government building fit-out in Dublin with a small amount of refurb work.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all on-site activities for fit-out projects in DublinCoordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveriesEnsure projects are executed according to plans, budgets, and timelinesMonitor and enforce safety regulations and quality standardsCollaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to meet project goalsQualifications:Proven experience as a site manager in fit-out or construction projectsStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocolsAbility to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
