This role offers full responsibility for the company's accounting function and the opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a fast-growing business. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full accounting function (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger). Prepare monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and forecasts. Oversee cash flow management and ensure financial stability. Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring high-quality financial services. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax filings, and audits. Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and banks. Improve financial processes to enhance efficiency. Support the MD with financial analysis for decision-making. Candidate Profile: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years of experience. Proven leadership in managing full accounting functions. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Proficient in accounting software and reporting tools.
