As a Finance & Accounting (F&A) Manager, you will lead transactional finance operations across multiple countries, overseeing general ledger accounting, tax compliance, and financial control.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing month-end closings, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of group figures.
* Managing local audits and external stakeholders, including banks and tax experts.
* Preparing budgets, managing cost accounting, and overseeing cost control processes.
* Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to provide insights and analysis.
Qualifications:
* ACCA, ACA, or CPA qualification.
* 4-7 years of experience in finance and accounting management.
* Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
* Budgeting and forecasting experience.
* Accounting expertise, particularly in IFRS standards.
* Tax management skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
