Job Description
This role is an 11-month contract with a Multi-National in Cork. Ideal for individuals with a background in accounts seeking hybrid working options.
- Reporting and recording of variances at agreed schedules.
- Preparing financial and management reports on a monthly basis.
- Recording transactions in the accounting system.
- Processing and reviewing invoices, reports, and proposals.
- Conducting analysis on existing reports and issuing findings.
- Reconciling reports and ensuring figures and information are consistent.
- Liaising with departments to ensure report accuracy.
- Preparing audit files and ensuring relevant information is included.
- Maintaining databases for sales, forecasting, revenue, and system development.
Requirements:
- Third-level finance/accounting qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting technician/accounts assistant experience in a medium-large organisation.
- Experience in preparing monthly accounts.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
