Morgan McKinley are delighted to be working exclusively with a rapidly evolving SaaS company, based here in Cork with offices in multiple locations across the globe. We are looking for a detail orientate Finance Professional that can work independently. Key Responsibilities Supplier invoice processing Resolve all invoice queries Point of contact for all remittance advise responses Payment runs & bank reconciliations Generate sales invoices & statements Month end close off Credit Control Stripe Management - Create new accounts, manage & maintain upgrade links, resolve queries with sales teams & customers etc Credit card reconciliation Work closely with sales team Experience and qualifications Minimum 4 years Accounts experience Experience working within an administrative role Experience using Xero - not essential Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills Well-organised, with a high attention to detail.
