Our client, a registered charity, is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team on a part-time, temporary basis. In this role, you will assist the Management Accountant with day-to-day accounting functions, contributing to efficient financial operations across Ireland and the UK. Finance Administrator (Part-Time, Dublin 1) Organisation: Our Client, a Registered Charity Location: Dublin 1 Working Arrangement: 2 days in office per week Duration:4 months (possible extension) Salary: €35,000 - €36,000 per annum pro rata Key Responsibilities: Process all financial transactions in the accounting software Reconcile bank and cash accounts monthly Maintain creditors ledger, arrange supplier payments, and record transactions Reconcile monthly income across various sources and ensure accuracy in financial records Prepare programme payments, payroll journals, and petty cash reconciliations Manage staff expenses and ensure all receipts are documented Assist with journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analysis Support annual audit and financial reporting processes as required Essential Qualifications and Skills: Accounting Technician qualification or part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or similar Minimum of 2 years experience in finance or bookkeeping Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and database systems Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner Ability to multitask, maintain discretion, and exercise confidentiality Key Relationships: Collaborate closely with the Finance Team, including the Management Accountant and Financial Controller Liaise with external auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed To apply, please send your CV via the link below to Jane Ryan.
