Job Description

Seeking Finance Administrator for 11-month contract role with Multi-National in Cork. Ideal for individuals with accounting background and hybrid working preferences.

Responsibilities:

* Reporting and recording of variances
* Preparing financial and management reports
* Recording transactions in accounting system
* Creating new reports as required
* Processing and reviewing invoices and reports
* Conducting analysis on existing reports
* Reconciling reports and ensuring accuracy
* Liaising with departments to ensure report accuracy
* Preparing audit files
* Maintaining databases for sales, forecasting, and revenue

Requirements:

* Third level finance/accounting qualification
* 3+ years' experience as accounting technician/accounts assistant in medium-large organisation
* Experience in preparing monthly accounts
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
