**Deloitte Audit and Assurance Role** Deloitte is the largest professional services firm in the world, driven to create positive progress for clients, community, people, and the planet. **About the Role** As a key member of our Audit and Assurance team, you will support advisory work for finance functions, focusing on: • Month and Quarter End financial and management reporting and optimisation • Finance process and control environment improvement projects • Chart of Accounts review, rationalisation, and re-design • Design and implement new reporting requirements under IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP • Drive accounting, reporting, and business process simplification and efficiency initiatives • Oversee statutory reporting requirements • Contribute to business development and strengthen client relationships • Participate in the development of materials for and delivery of presentations to clients and firm personnel • Mentor and develop teams of advisory resources **Requirements** • ACA, CA, CPA, or ACCA qualification, or equivalent • Audit experience preferred • Big 4 experience preferred • Industry experience within financial reporting preferred • Understanding of business processes and internal controls • Basic understanding or working knowledge of finance systems and controllership tools • Strong communication and presentation skills • Team player, ability to network across groups • Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage, and complete multiple priorities on time with minimal direction **What We Offer** • Competitive reward package that supports our purpose and enables our people to never stop growing • Investment in personal and professional development • Empowerment of work-life balance • Supports and benefits that suit you, wherever you are in life, including health and well-being, pension, savings, training, coaching, and enhanced leave options • Opportunity to make an impact that matters and grow both professionally and personally
