Job Description

The following is intended for the guidance of the person assigned to the post but is not an exhaustive listing of the duties associated with the post: Member of Finance Project team responsible for automating admin and accounting processes Supplier set up, tax clearance verification Process inter branch charges Responsibility for updating all assigned excel documents on a daily/weekly basis Preparation of bank reconciliations Accounts Payable and Receivable processing and statement reconciliations Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Finance Policies Electronically filing of all relevant financial documents Carry out other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time Blended Working will be considered following training The Candidate Good Excel skills Accounting experience an advantage Team Player with excellent attention to detail This job description is subject to review regularly and will include other duties appropriate to the post as may be determined by the line manager or designated nominee. The position is a part time, circa seventeen and half hours per week, there is flexibility in relation to when the hours will be scheduled. Skills: Accuracy Attention to detail Excel Spreadsheets
