Job Description

Finance Associate role in a leading food and nutrition co-operative, with opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Role Profile

  • Assist with and carry out month end and year end close processes
  • Exposure to financial statement notes production
  • Manage balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Hands on SAP and BCS consolidation system experience and exposure through posting of journals
  • Collaborate with other finance teams to help solve commercial finance challenges
  • Work in partnership with the business units to support ad hoc finance requests
  • Analysis of KPIs
  • Assist in the supporting the completion of the Financial planning process and supporting analysis

Requirements

  • High academic record to date in the following fields of study: Accounting and Finance, Business, International Business or Commerce and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in Accounting & Finance in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment
  • Thinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutions
