Finance Business Partner (9 Month Fixed-Term Contract) in Dublin/Hybrid: Enhance business performance and foster strategic collaborations in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
As a Financial Business Partner focusing on Airport Operations, you will manage financial aspects of Airport User Charges, including cost components, through strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and investment oversight.
- Cultivate trust and collaboration with airports and suppliers on contractual matters, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities for Operating Expenditure and Capital Expenditure.
- Evaluate investment proposals and provide comprehensive financial assessments to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with functional management to identify and implement revenue enhancement and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Champion cost reduction initiatives and track performance metrics.
- Develop structured KPIs and business reviews to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of financial results to guide strategic and tactical decisions.
Key requirements:
- Qualified accountant with experience in a financial analyst or FP&A role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with non-financial stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and IT systems, with familiarity with SAP and reporting tools desirable.
