Finance Business Partner
Barden has been entrusted by a high-growth and innovative Irish company to identify a talented Finance Business Partner to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to work closely with the senior management team, who are seeking a future leader to join their rapidly expanding Irish business.
- Lead a team of high-performing individuals in enabling the business to make informed decisions and identify commercial opportunities.
- Support, lead, and mentor a team of talented professionals to achieve business growth objectives.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Curious and practical, with a willingness to get stuck in and improve processes.
- Able to see a better way of doing things and drive positive change.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5+ years of PQE (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) experience.
- 3+ years of experience in finance business partnering or financial analysis.
- Previous experience of managing a team is an advantage.
- ERP systems implementation experience is also an advantage.
