Finance Business Partner - Wicklow / Hybrid Join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that is a leader in its industry. My client is seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy Finance Business Partner for an 18-month contract. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with various business units, providing financial insights and support to drive performance and strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives. Your Role Lead the creation and alignment of strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts for key business areas. Partner with business units to improve financial planning processes, focusing on efficiency and simplification. Provide detailed financial analysis to support cost management and drive business performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring financial targets are met. Develop and present financial reports that support timely and informed decision-making. Support the evaluation of investment opportunities with robust financial modelling. Foster strong relationships with business units to drive financial accountability and continuous improvement. Your Skills Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA). Strong experience in management accounting or finance business partnering roles. Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with a strong grasp of commercial finance. High proficiency in IT, particularly with financial accounting systems and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
