Finance Business Partner sought for a dynamic business in Cork, Ireland, to provide key business insights and drive change across the organization.
We are partnering with a well-known global leader to identify a Finance Business Partner who will lead the Finance function and support the Senior Management Team.
About the Role
- Lead the Finance function by acting as a Business Partner and providing key business insights to improve business performance.
- Coordinate budget and forecast capabilities.
- Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting as required by the business.
- Assess business proposals and present recommendations to the Senior Management Team.
- Be a key player in the global Finance strategy with active involvement in process improvement initiatives.
About the Person
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) with at least 5+ years of Finance experience in a similar role.
- Strong business partnering skills with experience in driving change and process improvements.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team player.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative.
- Desire to work in a collaborative environment.
