Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive the success of Northgate Ireland. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with solid business partnering experience and the ability to offer value adding insight to executive level stakeholders.
The role involves providing financial advice and analytical decision support to the Northgate Ireland Managing Director and their team. The successful candidate will develop and deploy tactical and strategic models and reporting to optimize value creation through revenue growth and operational cost management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and deploying financial tools to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Supporting the Managing Director and their team with financial analysis and decision-making
- Managing the pricing process for existing and new business
- Producing monthly cash flow forecasts and identifying opportunities to drive financial performance
- Supporting strategic executive initiatives with comprehensive analysis and recommendations
Key Requirements:
- Qualification in accounting (e.g. CA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in business partnering and financial analysis
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand key drivers of business
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
