Finance Business Partner My client is a leading retail group in West Dublin. Job purpose Reporting to the Group Financial Controller your primary responsibility will be collaborating with different areas of the business to provide strategic financial insights and guidance. You will help the brand teams understand their financial performance by providing insight, while supporting and challenging them in equal measure. You will need to be adept at building relationships with your key stakeholders in Finance and the wider business and will play a key role in shaping future strategies as our business continues to grow. The role: Collaborate closely with different areas of the business to provide financial expertise, insights, and recommendations to enhance the brand's financial performance. Prepare and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, budgets and forecasts to the Brand Teams. Manage marketing budgets, tactical initiatives, and factory support for the brands, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with financial goals. Act as the finance expert on all initiatives in your area. You will be required to present analysis, provide insight and make recommendations for future strategies. Partner with business unit leaders in relation to the ongoing development of their financial knowledge and preparation of monthly financial outlooks. Challenge current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings whenever possible. Act as a liaison between the Group Finance department and brand teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures The person: Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 -5 years pqe Retail experience is essential Commercially and analytically focussed Experience of building relationships and managing stakeholders Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills Salary: c. €80k - €90k plus benefits Skills: Finance Manager Finance Business Partner Senior Financial Analyst FP&A
