Finance Business Partner (Dublin/Hybrid)Our client, a major player in the Aviation/Airlines sector, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team.As a Financial Business Partner within the Operational Division, you will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, performance management, investment oversight, and project support.Along with a competitive base salary, my client is offering pension, bonus and a hybrid working model.Your RoleOffer Financial Business Partner support to executive and senior management in the Operational Division.Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, and business planning, encompassing CAPEX and OPEX elements.Thoroughly assess investment proposals and business cases, providing valuable financial insights on costs and benefits.Collaborate with functional management to identify and implement medium to long-term initiatives that capitalise on revenue opportunities, address operational challenges, and realise cost reductions.Develop KPIs, forward-looking business reviews, and commercially oriented forecasts. Analyse performance variances and work with business managers to identify corrective actions.Provide in-depth analysis of financial results for the Operational Division, presenting strategic and tactical KPIs to the senior team.Your SkillsQualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years PQEKnowledge of airline or aviation business a plusStrong relationship builderAbility to lead large improvement initiatives and projectsExcellent analytical abilityExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software applications combined with general proficiency in IT systemsFocused attitude to workAbility to constantly meet deadlines while ensuring excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
