Finance Business Partner Location: Dublin (hybrid) Sector: Hospitality Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 The Finance Business Partner will be working very closely with operations teams to maximise company profitability and working capital. Responsibilities The role reports to the Head of Commercial Finance. Th Finance Business Partner will predominantly be field based, supporting the operations teams to drive performance across their contract portfolio. The key to being successful in this role is providing actionable management information and delivering on added value initiatives. We are looking for a qualified accountant (desirable) who has previous commercial experience within a relevant sector. The individual is a confident communicator, has experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and can develop & drive initiatives. In charge of financial operations inc. costs, revenues, purchasing, payroll, stock Building strong productive working relationships with Operations, Sales, Procurement etc that help deliver financial results Ensure we achieve our financial goals, as well as those of our clients Drive improvements to key metrics - debtor days, cash collection, 60+ overdue debt, stock days Forecasting & budgeting Preparation of high-quality management accounts (P&L) Well managed balance sheet with no carried historic issues Candidate Profile Business partnering Experience in a relevant role within catering/hospitality CIMA / ACCA desirable Commercial mindset Budgeting & forecasting Senior stakeholder management
