Finance Business Partner role for a major player in the Aviation/Airlines sector, requiring a qualified accountant with strong analytical and communication skills.
Our client, a leading company in the Aviation/Airlines sector, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support executive and senior management in the Operational Division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing financial support to executive and senior management in the Operational Division
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes, including CAPEX and OPEX elements
- Assessing investment proposals and business cases, providing financial insights on costs and benefits
- Collaborating with functional management to identify and implement medium to long-term initiatives
- Developing KPIs, forward-looking business reviews, and commercially oriented forecasts
- Analysing performance variances and working with business managers to identify corrective actions
- Providing in-depth analysis of financial results for the Operational Division
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years PQE
- Knowledge of airline or aviation business a plus
- Strong relationship builder
- Ability to lead large improvement initiatives and projects
- Excellent analytical ability
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software applications
- Focused attitude to work
- Ability to constantly meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
