Job Description:
Finance Business Partner (Dublin/Hybrid) for Aviation/Airlines sector. Responsibilities include strategic planning, annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, performance management, and project support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support executive and senior management in Operational Division with financial insights and analysis.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans, including CAPEX and OPEX elements.
- Assess investment proposals and provide recommendations on costs and benefits.
- Collaborate with functional management to identify and implement initiatives for revenue growth, operational improvement, and cost reduction.
- Analyze performance variances and work with business managers to implement corrective actions.
- Present strategic and tactical KPIs to senior team.
Required Skills:
- Qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE
- Knowledge of airline or aviation business
- Strong relationship builder and leader
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Focused and detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
