Finance Business Partnering Manager Pharma Position Description An excellent opportunity to join the FP&A and Commercial Finance team within a fast-growing Pharma company with global HQ in Dublin. Role will involve: Providing monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc financial report packs and KPI analysis to the business Partnering with stakeholders throughout the Developing managing and analysing capital spend business cases Analysing and translating data into key strategic inputs Providing insights and opinions to drive decision making Developing annual and long-term financial plans Performance variance analysis Developing and preparing financial forecasts Ongoing ad-hoc project work Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 home Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified Accountant, with min 3 -5 years PQE with s strong academic track record FP&A and Finance Business Partnering experience within a large company, MNC or plc Strong analytical skills People management experience Excellent communication skills Strong excel, and systems skills About our Client Our client a fast-growing pharma company with Global HQ in Dublin, with a strong track record for offering exciting long-term career development opportunities.
