We're gearing up to take our brand to even greater heights!The RoleThis role will be located in Dublin and will report into the Head of Credit and Financial Shared Services. Dublin has been identified as a strategic location for the organisation and this role will be key in shaping the ethos and development of our new Dublin office. As the most senior employee at the Dublin office, you will help establish and expand the team in Dublin. There are significant career-development opportunities for a candidate capable of grasping them.What you will do:Liaise with key customers on a regular basis to discuss the current state of receivables.Interact with internal colleagues to provide a conduit between customers, sales, billing, customer services and finance departments to manage any issues relevant to non-payment.Support the Head of Credit in developing new automated systems and processes to streamline Order to Cash functions.Provide timely and accurate reporting of collection activity and debtor status for management use.RequirementsWhat you will bring:Qualified or studying Credit Manager (MCICM or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years + experience or a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with prior order to cash exposure.Some experience working in Telecommunications industry is preferable.Deadline driven.
