Job Summary:

We are seeking a Credit Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving payment issues, and developing automated systems to streamline Order to Cash functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with key customers to discuss receivables and resolve payment issues.
  • Interact with internal colleagues to manage customer, sales, billing, customer services, and finance departments.
  • Support the Head of Credit in developing automated systems and processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of collection activity and debtor status.

Requirements:

  • Qualified or studying Credit Manager (MCICM or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years + experience, or a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with prior Order to Cash exposure.
  • Experience working in the Telecommunications industry is preferable.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Understand the importance of timely collection activity and risk management.
  • Commercially aware of the importance of customer retention while maximising positive cash flow.
  • Capable of working in fast-paced environments.
