Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth analysis and developing data models that support financial and operational decisions within the business.
- Querying large datasets using SQL and ensuring optimal data flow for financial reporting.
- Collaborating closely with finance and accounting teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Preparing high-quality reports and dashboards for finance stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and governance are maintained.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).
- Strong SQL scripting and Python coding skills, with an ability to work closely with finance/accounting functions.
- Experience speaking with business stakeholders and translating their needs into actionable data models.
- Experience in managing data-driven projects from end to end.
- Previous experience in mentoring or managing a team is an advantage.
