Finance Director A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join their executive team. This is a key role that will involve leading the finance team and function to ensure best-in-class reporting and efficient monthly closing cycles. As Finance Director, you will be expected to build strong relationships with the other members of the executive team and foster a business partnering-minded ethos from the finance team. Develop and execute multi-year business plans to drive long-term growth and success. Execute the financial strategy to manage against the annual budget and long-term plan. Oversee the timely and accurate development of budgets, financial reports, and models to inform strategic decisions. Lead the day-to-day financial management of corporate and related party entities. Manage and oversee the accounting team and accounting processes. Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team. Inspire and lead team members to achieve finance and business strategies, and actively support their professional development.
