**Director of Finance Wanted for National Office Team**
Seeking a qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE to lead the finance team and provide strategic leadership and effective performance of the finance function.
**About the Role:**
- Lead and develop the Finance Team in the provision of an efficient, effective and accurate service to the Organisation.
- Hold overall senior management responsibility for the strategic leadership and effective performance of the finance function.
- Reporting to the Chief Executive, and working as part of the Senior Management Team.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA)
- Minimum 5 years PQE in industry or similar organisation
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of financial control
- Proven report writing and presentation experience
- Previous experience of leading, managing and developing staff
- Experience of planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong working knowledge of accounting and payroll systems and processes
- Excellent MS Office skills with advanced spreadsheet skills
