We are seeking an ambitious Finance Director to join a scaling retail/service business with a presence across Ireland and Europe. Key responsibilities include managing local Financial Controllers and consolidation accountants, proactively managing working capital, delivering accurate and timely budgets, and enhancing the use of Power BI and ERP systems. The ideal candidate has strong financial analytical skills, effective communication, and experience in consolidation group accounting, business partnering, financial analysis, treasury, and working capital management.
