Job Description

We are looking to recruit a temporary Finance Assistant on a 3-6 month contract basis Duties & Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices - record supplier invoices on Sage, follow up with queries, request supplier bank details and add these to Online Banking, complete supplier review. Issue Sales invoices and follow up with slow paying customers as required Prepare invoices to be paid by a third party company Manage and reconcile petty cash on a monthly basis Administer Taxi and Courier Log Complete Tax Clearance Certificate Tracking Provide administrative support to Grant Payments Complete other ad-hoc duties and project work as required Process bank payments on banking online To liaise with IT service providers in-house and externally with respect to onsite contractor needs. All administration of contractor performance in service level agreements. Management of all Health & Safety for contra Essential Skills Must have 1-2 years previous experience in an accounts/finance role Must be proficient in sage, word, excel and outlook Must have proven experience in record maintenance and accounts Must be able to display initiative and attention to detail Skills: Finance Accounts Assistant Accounts Administration Benefits: Work From Home
