Finance Manager - Cork - Permanaent - Hybrid This is a superb opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic organization with a global reach. This role would suit a technically strong Finance Manager looking to join a progressive finance team, managing a team of high-performers and working with a team of impressive senior finance leaders. The role's remit will include: Managing a team of high-performing accountants, with the ability to create a continuous learning environment and employ creative thinking to create efficiencies and improvements where needed Managing financial reporting and oversight of all financial close activities for multiple regions Monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis, with insightful commentary and presentation Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of statutory accounts and liaising with internal and external auditors as part of this and other processes Reviewing and approving accounting transactions and reconciliations, ensuring a high quality of work and timely submissions Work to create strong business partnering relationships with internal and external stakeholders The ideal candidate will meet the below criteria: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance and qualified with an ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP Experience in team management within a fast-paced, multinational organisation Advanced Excel and experience in using Oracle is a plus Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
