Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Finance Manager to work within a busy and dynamic environment. The role involves financial management, compliance, advisory, and leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have ACA, ACCA or CPA qualifications and a minimum of two years post-qualification experience. They will be able to work in a team-oriented environment, have strong management and analytical skills, and be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Managing and implementing the financial management system and system of internal financial control.
  • Compliance: Overseeing the month-end financial close process and ensuring compliance with monthly reporting frameworks, as well as adhering to relevant financial policies and procedures.
  • Advisory & Insight: Proactively providing financial advice, business insight, guidance, and recommendations to the Management Board, partners, and other key decision makers.
  • Leadership & Relationship Building: Overseeing cost management, staff expenses, procurement, and accounts payable, as well as managing relationships with funders, suppliers, and other parties.

What You Will Bring:
  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years post-qualification experience in either practice or a similar role in industry.
