**Finance Manager** A seasoned finance professional to lead the revenue recognition team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and driving commercial growth in a multi-billion-euro turnover company. • Location: South Dublin • Hybrid/Remote • Compensation: €80-90k basic DOE plus car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare etc Our client, a leading Plc, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all areas of revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a key KPI, expose you to various commercial duties, and build a career in a company with a rich history of internal progression. **Key Responsibilities** • Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly revenue recognition and reporting close process in line with strict deadlines, ensuring integrity and accuracy of information reported • Maintain standardised global processes to recognise revenue in accordance with latest US GAAP & SEC requirements • Ensure relevant accounting policies and procedures are documented, understood, and reviewed/updated as necessary • Lead, motivate, and develop the revenue recognition team with a strong focus on coaching and recognizing opportunities for development to achieve KPIs **Key Skills** • Qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE • Experience managing medium-to-large teams • Strong communication skills with ability to liaise with and influence senior stakeholders
