Overview This is a great opportunity to join a large Irish private company which is high performing. The role will be a Finance Manager, managing a team of 3 people, and will report directly into the Group Financial Controller. Profile: You should have strong month-end experience as part of a finance team and are looking for the next step in your career. You will be showcasing your people management, financial analysis, and financial reporting for this growing business. You will be the point of contact for the finance team, reporting on the performance of a number of different revenue streams and operations. You will need: Experience of month-end processes across a number of areas within a finance function. Experience managing a team, with strong people focus A desire to make the next step your career, leveraging your experience and commerciality. An accounting qualification with 4+ years PQE (ACA, CIMA, ACCA). Your key responsibilities will include: Reviewing P&L packs monthly and presenting to senior management on performance and findings. Manage and improve key control processes within the organisation. Building relationships and working with the operations team to understand revenue trends for each revenue stream.
