As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Nort Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of a high-growth company. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and drive growth. Collaborate with senior management to shape the financial strategy and operational planning. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Requirements: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with substantial post-qualification experience. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
