Finance Manager Manufacturing (Chocolate) - Lead Financial Performance and Drive Growth
Mondelēz International is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial performance of two manufacturing plants in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with plant management to ensure financial integrity and performance of two manufacturing sites.
- Support plant and cluster leadership teams with budgeting, reporting, and cost management.
- Drive net productivity and monitor KPIs to inform decision-making.
- Advise on business targets and financial imperatives.
- Develop and implement controls and compliance measures.
- Harmonize and improve finance processes and build a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
- Extensive finance background in FMCG, Manufacturing, or similar industry.
- Strong technical expertise in financial planning and performance management.
- Business acumen and understanding of consumer packaged goods industry.
- Leadership skills and ability to influence and communicate effectively.
- Growth mindset and ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency.
- Integrity and sound judgment.
About the Role:
- This role is based at our plant in Coolock.
- We operate a hybrid working model.
- Relocation support is not available.
