Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team. This job is initially for 1 year, however a permanent role may become available depending on the growing needs to the business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Management and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives. Preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Lead the preparation of the annual budget, including forecasting and financial planning. Assist in responding to audit queries and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Calculate monthly supplier rebates and manage related financial processes. Handle ad hoc financial tasks and projects as required to support the Finance department. Qualifications & Skills: Hold a professional accountancy qualification and be admitted to membership of a recognised professional body of accountants Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred. Salary/Benefits: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience (DOE). Option for hybrid working arrangement (two or three days remote per week).
