Experienced Accountant sought to manage finance function for steadily growing Property sector business.
Finance Manager Role
This standalone role will oversee production of monthly financial information, manage ongoing day-to-day finances, and work closely with Directors to take full responsibility for the entire Finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare management accounts with commentary and analysis.
- Financial Management: Manage debtors, accounts payable, and bank accounts.
- Financial Planning: Prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Financial Governance: Review and improve financial policies and procedures.
- Tax and Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance and manage tax obligations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct sales and KPI analysis, and provide margin and profitability reporting.
Candidate Profile:
- Similar experience in an SME.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
