Finance & Operations Manager Professional Services Position Description Position reports directly to the Group MD and essentially heads up the finance function for a fast-growing management consulting firm with an expanding international client base. Hands-on role, key tasks will include: Supporting the MD and SLT to double the size of the business over the next few years Overall responsibility for all aspects of accounting & finance for a fast-growing SME with c. 40 staff and a few international entities KPI reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, cashflow planning, and provided insights and commercial decision support to enable growth Future Systems development, strengthening the IT systems support to the business Financial reporting, tax planning, and statutory and tax compliance, liaising with advisors, auditors, banks Leadership leadership over accounting, admin, IT and HR Hybrid working plan 3 days office, 2 remote Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified Accountant with min 3-5 years PQE Strong academic track record, and record for achievement to date Professional services experience beneficial Systems Savvy Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial, interested in contributing to the growth and development of a business Ambitious, plenty of scope for internal career progression About Our Client Our client is a successful Irish management consulting firm with a fast-growing international client base, along with an aggrieve growth strategy.
