A leading public sector organisation, based in Dublin 2, is seeking an experienced Digital Finance Transformation Manager on a 6-month contract with a competitive salary. This role operates on a hybrid working model, with 2 days on-site and 3 days working from home. You will work on high-impact projects, shaping and implementing digital finance strategies while collaborating with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage finance transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital finance strategies and operating models. Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency's within finance operations. Support business development activities, including presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders. Contribute to practice development through knowledge sharing, training, and thought leadership. Requirements: Proven experience in finance transformation, ideally within a public sector or consulting environment. Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
