Seeking an experienced Digital Finance Transformation Manager for a 6-month contract with a competitive salary in a leading public sector organisation based in Dublin.
This role operates on a hybrid working model, with 2 days on-site and 3 days working from home, allowing for a great work-life balance.
As a Digital Finance Transformation Manager, you will work on high-impact projects, shaping and implementing digital finance strategies while collaborating with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage finance transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital finance strategies and operating models.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency's within finance operations.
- Support business development activities, including presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to practice development through knowledge sharing, training, and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance transformation, ideally within a public sector or consulting environment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of digital finance solutions and operating models.
