Financial Accountant - Leading PLC - Dublin area Salary - 70-75k plus package Hybrid working Permanent role with a growing company. The Job: As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the Supply Chain finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant seeking to broaden their experience in a fast-paced commercial setting. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and closing monthly management accounts and reporting packs within a 5-day close window. Processing monthly journals and reviewing supporting schedules for key General Ledger and Balance Sheet accounts. Conducting overhead variance analysis against budget and prior year figures. Reviewing and presenting Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet reconciliations. Filing and reconciling tax returns for PAYE, VAT, and WHT. Managing weekly and monthly payroll, including KPI reporting. Preparing audit files and liaising with auditors. Collaborating with operations to manage budgetary controls Supporting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc project work as required. Is this you? We are looking for a commercially aware finance professional with the following: Minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience (PQE). Qualified Accountant, ideally trained in a Big 4 /top 10 practice with relevant post qualification experience in industry.
