About the Job Prepare weekly financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management. Compile monthly management accounts using SAP. Continuously review and reconcile balance sheet control accounts. Conduct variance analysis against budgets and established standards. Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits. Develop capital investment proposals (CAPEX). Manage the financial aspects of CAPEX projects. Prepare annual budgets. Present monthly financial updates to the board of directors. Supervise the purchase order process. Review and approve weekly payroll. Organize and oversee periodic and year-end stocktakes. Complete VAT returns for Revenue submission. Handle various ad-hoc projects as needed.
