Job Description
HireForce is working with a global manufacturing company to find a Financial Accountant. The role will report into the Financial Controller. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for partnering with plant and financial leaders to meet organisational goals, overseeing accounting functions, and ensuring the execution of financial processes, policies, and programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead the monthly production of management accounts Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis Develop and monitor KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Supervise the finance team and collaborate closely with senior management on business growth strategies Ensure the accuracy of inventory records, identifying risks related to obsolescence or excess stock Generate ad-hoc reports to meet specific business requirements, such as financial performance and annual budgeting Reconcile intercompany accounts on a regular basis Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and efficient resource allocation Coordinate the preparation of statutory financial accounts and facilitate audits Key Criteria: Qualified Accountant Remuneration: Competitive Remuneration package
