Job Description
Financial Accountant sought to partner with plant and financial leaders to meet organisational goals, overseeing accounting functions and ensuring the execution of financial processes, policies, and programs.
Hire Force is working with a global manufacturing company to find a Financial Accountant who will report into the Financial Controller.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the monthly production of management accounts
- Overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and performing variance analysis
- Developing and monitoring KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Supervising the finance team and collaborating closely with senior management on business growth strategies
- Ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, identifying risks related to obsolescence or excess stock
- Generating ad-hoc reports to meet specific business requirements
- Reconciling intercompany accounts on a regular basis
- Managing cash flow to ensure liquidity and efficient resource allocation
- Coordinating the preparation of statutory financial accounts and facilitating audits
