HireForce is working with an Irish Family Business that are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their Finance team in Dublin City Centre. Our client is one of Irelands largest private property investment and development companies, with extensive interests in both Ireland and the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Irelands leading real estate companies in a dynamic and varied role giving the candidate a broad exposure of all aspects of accounts. Responsibilities include: Preparing the monthly management accounts Review/preparation of monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Support the accounting process for the company Support and review of the daily accounting transactions Managing revenue reporting, recognition and analyses Ad hoc responsibilities as required Requirements: Qualified accountant (0-3 PQE), relevant industry experience preferred but not essential Ability to work independently, autonomously and to analyse and solve problems Be a team player and have a can do, helpful & friendly attitude Remuneration: Competitive Base Salary, Pension and Health Insurance.
