My client, a large retail group based in West Dublin are seeking a Financial Accountant to join their growing team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant will provide support to the Finance and Management team. Hybrid is available after probation, with a strong benefits and bonus package. Responsibilities: Reviewing costs and implementing processes where savings can be made Review margins and highlight improvements Assist in preparation of Monthly Management Accounts & Board Reporting Packs Prepare the Month end lead schedule for Group FC Reconcile all balance sheet control accounts including accruals and prepayments Debtor Management and Creditor Management Ensure the monthly Management Accounts show a fair reflection of trade Prepare Annual Budgets & Monthly Outlooks Assist in Statutory Annual Accounts Audits Manage Invoice Financing Facility and Returns & Audits Monitor and report Cash Flow Process Weekly & Monthly Payroll Support the Group Financial Controller in Building and maintaining strong relationships with the key commercial teams within the business providing relevant, accurate and timely reports Etc. Requirements: Qualified Accountant 3+ years experience in industry or practice dealing with industry clients Ambitious individual with strong communication, organisational and analytical skills Experience with several ERP systems advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively If this opportunity is of interest, please contact Andrew Adamson at the enclosed address.
