Key Responsibilities: Manage the financial month-end process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review. Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Produce quarterly performance reports for department heads. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Maintain and improve financial controls, identifying gaps and providing recommendations. Stay up-to-date with changes to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Provide technical accounting advice to management as needed. Liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process. Provide ad-hoc support to the CFO/Finance Manager and assist with project work. What Were Looking For: Newly or recently qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with a strong academic background. Top 10 Audit trained. Excellent accounting and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail. Experience or knowledge of thelife insuranceandinvestment sectoris advantageous but not essential.
