About the Job This is a fantastic opportunity for a young finance professional to join one of Ireland's growing Financial services business . You will be a key member of the finance team, with responsibility for a number of financial reports and will work closely with the business to drive performance. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a medium sized finance team contributing to the strategic decision making and driving financial success. Main Responsibilities include: Production of monthly management accounts for the company as it goes through further growth. Preparing financial analysis to drive insights for senior management. Improve processes through automation as the company grows. You will have: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 1-3 year's PQE experience. A keen analytical mind who views the Finance Function as a key strategic enabler of better business and commercial decision-making. Have knowledge and experience of insurance & financial services. Ideally have IFRS reporting and Solvency II experience and be comfortable with the requirements of the reporting regulations Benefits: Competitive salary.
