With over 50 years of proven history. They are looking for a newly qualified accountant with accounts preparation experience. Key responsibilities: Monthly management accounts and reporting packs Consolidate accountants, P&L, balance sheet and KPI's Work with the CEO, MD & CFO and the property team Maintain general ledgers and balance sheet reconciliations Monthly payment runs Review tenant accounts and reconcile Statutory tax filings - VAT, 46G, Co sec, etc Cashflow management - Help with decision making Budget - Actual vs budget Qualifications: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA Previously working on accounts production Attention to detail and organised Communication and interpersonal skil Skills: Financial Accounting Accounting Financial Reporting Management Accounting
