Our client is a fast-growing Pharmaceutical company, Irish owned with Senior management in the Irish HQ. Over €150m T/O is expected this year and to be €200m next year, with future growth and acquisitions making this a real growth story. Currently, they require a newly qualified accountant to join the team. Key Responsibilities: Month-end management accounts - including variance analysis and commentary Assist with the consolidation of group accounts Review and prepare an annual budget and assist with 3 to 5-year projections Add value with future acquisitions Build on the financial analysis on an ongoing basis Challenge costs, think outside the box Enhance controls, spot automation use cases and where possible implement Lead the external auditor engagement Provide information to management - Ad hoc Requirements: Newly Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA) Strong Preference - Currently leaving Practice or Top 20 trained Can take ownership of their desk Growth mindset - ambitious and wants to learn and develop Opportunity: This role will offer access to owners and senior management to be seen Learn on the job in a hyper-growth and acquisitive company Future commercial/FP&A roles to be created - optionality in new roles Skills: financial accountant Accounting Financial Reporting Management Accounting
